My experience with Dr. Qiu was very sub-par. I thought that she was unpleasant and cold to talk to, and that the service was unprofessional.

Some background information; I work out of NYC, but currently I am staffed on a client in New Jersey. I commute Monday - Thursday and I work out of the office in NYC on Fridays.

I wanted to get a routine Tetanus booster shot before a trip abroad. I called to schedule an appointment for Friday. When I arrived, I was informed by Dr. Qiu that her last Tetanus vaccine was used the day before on another patient. I did not receive a confirmation call the day before, nor was I given a warning until I arrived at the office (The office is also a little out of the way for me to get to). I thought this was very unprofessional.

We rescheduled for the following week on Wednesday at 7:30 AM (3 days before I leave for my trip). I have to miss my usual train to Jersey to make this appointment. She does not arrive until 7:45, at which point she informs me again that she does not have the vaccine. She claims to have received the "wrong shipment." Now I have to go back on Friday morning (1 day before I leave) after reshuffling my schedule... again.

Needless to say, I am very unhappy with my experience with Dr. Qiu. At least if she were more pleasant to talk to, I would not be as riled up. I honestly did not think a simple Tetanus booster would take this much effort.
